There’s no way I would’ve gotten to where I am in the writing process without this group. This has been so helpful. Sara has a way of asking the right questions at the moment that I need them, instead of deluging me with a firehose of information. She created such a safe space to be open about my work and my creative process.
My goal was to figure out what to do with my body of work and what I had written already, so the fact that Sara was able to help me move forward with it has been profound. I thought it would take me three months just to organize all of it, but it only took a few weeks. Working through resistance and learning how to write on demand in addition to writing from inspiration has expanded my thinking and my writing abilities. This has been profoundly helpful.

Sara is a deeply and diversely knowledgeable author, coach, and practitioner. From the first day, she helped to make sure I understood the creative journey and took the time to truly understand the big ideas buried inside of me. There's truly no other partner I'd want supporting me!

Your Ideas Are Ready—It’s Time to Make Room for Them
Creative ideas don’t wait for the “perfect” moment—they need your time and attention to come alive. Every day, those ideas sit just out of reach, overshadowed by life’s demands.
But here’s the truth: waiting won’t get them done.
You have to make room for your creative work.
That’s why Zenith Coworking exists.
Research shows that setting aside scheduled time increases follow-through and productivity.
A study by psychologist Dr. Gail Matthews found that people are 42% more likely to achieve goals simply by writing them down and scheduling time to work on them.
When you schedule time at Zenith, you create space and time for your creativity.
Sharing your goals with others has been shown to boost success rates.
Matthews' study also found that participants who shared weekly updates with others achieved their goals at a rate 76% higher than those who didn’t.
At Zenith, you’ll have both shared accountability and a community that celebrates your progress.
"Body doubling," or working alongside others—whether in person or virtually—creates a sense of mutual focus and support.
Studies indicate that 85% of people feel more productive when body doubling, helping you stay on task and get into the flow.
Zenith can be especially effective for those with ADHD, but everyone benefits from working with others.

I’m a writer, creative coach, and shamanic guide. I love witnessing the glow on the faces of my clients after they've brought to life the ideas that have been quietly stirring in their minds.
My previous clients and their books have become New York Times and Wall Street Journal
bestsellers and have won awards from Nautilus, Bloomsbury, Axiom, Reviewers Choice, Indie Excellence, and Independent Press. Their books have been translated into 30+ languages and are sold all over the world. I've written for publications like Harvard Business Review and many others.
You don't have to be a great writer or artist. You don't have to know exactly what you're doing. All you need to do is get your butt in the chair and commit to joining us every Wednesday.
Will you come work with me?
Before working with Sara, I was stuck. Writing is hard and I didn’t know where to begin. I knew I needed to “just write” but I was hung up. The program created the accountability I needed.
Being able to talk about the purpose and meaning of what I was writing in each session has been so helpful and so much has come from those discussions. I finished my book by the end of the year.

Weekly online coworking sessions
Monthly Q&A to answer all of your writing questions
Quarterly Salons with prolific writers and creators
Community to support you through your creative projects
Our weekly online coworking sessions are an hour long and hosted over Zoom. You'll get focused creative time to work on the ideas that won’t leave you alone.
Coworking sessions are scheduled every Wednesday, alternating each week between a start time of 9:30 CST / 10:30 EST and 1:30 CST / 2:30 EST.
Every coworking session is followed by an optional 30-minute connection time with other writers and creators where we’ll talk about what we’re working on… and more. Often, everyone is surprised where the conversation goes. No one has to stay, but think of it like this: the creative time is like a nourishing meal and the connection time is the dessert.
Once you sign up, you'll receive an email with details about the weekly sessions and downloadable calendars.
Zenith Coworking is a dedicated space for your creative work. It’s a space that gives you time, accountability, and guidance. It’s a space where you get to focus on the creative work that feeds your curiosity and your soul and work on things that excite you.
There are only two rules:
1. Thou shalt never do “work” during this time (no emails, no tasks, no bills, nothing that even remotely smells of productivity);
2. Thou shalt only do what truly excites you to do.
That’s it. You don’t have to “know what to do” or be a “great” (or even good) writer or artist.
You don’t have to write; you can make art if you want. You don’t have to have a clear vision. You don’t have to have skillzzz. All that’s required is a willingness to follow your creative intuition, impulses, and desires.
Coworking sessions are scheduled every Wednesday, alternating each week between a start time of 9:30 CST / 10:30 EST and 1:30 CST / 2:30 EST.
We’ll have a monthly live Q&A call where you can pop in and ask a New York Times bestselling collaborative writer and creative coach your high-level questions about writing and the creative process.
Are you stuck on a writing project and don’t know how to get yourself unstuck? Are you trying to work out what to do with a plot, whether it’s fiction or nonfiction? Are you weighing which idea to pursue? Do you want to talk through your narrative arc? Any and all questions are allowed.
Please note this Q&A call does not include a review of your written work (personalized editing and coaching packages are available).
Once a quarter I’ll host a salon where we’ll interview one writer, artist, or creator. These events will be ticketed, but members of Zenith will get free entry.
Along with your host, writer and creative coach Sara Stibitz, you'll find other entrepreneurs, artists, creators, and remote workers. Our group consists of professional speakers and authors, successful painters and digital artists, and business owners of all kinds.
You can choose to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis; there will be no refunds, but you are free to go at any time. Just email your host at any time and ask to cancel.
Working alone can often lead to a lack of motivation, focus, and accountability, all of which are necessary for creating our best work.
Coworking environments, however, address these gaps by fostering accountability, using body-doubling techniques, and creating a sense of camaraderie that encourages consistent progress.
Accountability Enhances Follow-Through: When people work in the presence of others, even virtually, they feel a heightened sense of accountability. Studies show that people are 65% more likely to meet a goal after committing to it with someone else, and this rate jumps to 95% if they have ongoing check-ins with a partner.
In coworking settings, simply knowing that others are observing your work or progress can keep you on track, reducing the chances of procrastination or distraction.
Body-Doubling Boosts Focus: The concept of body-doubling—working alongside another person who is engaged in their own tasks—has gained traction as a productivity aid, especially for those with ADHD or who are neurodivergent. Even if no one is explicitly monitoring you, the physical or virtual presence of others encourages focus.
This technique uses our innate desire to mimic productive behaviors, subtly motivating us to concentrate. Research suggests that people are able to work up to 50% longer when body-doubling, as opposed to working alone, due to the mental signal that it's time to stay on task.
Camaraderie Cultivates a Sense of Belonging: Coworking environments foster camaraderie, which can be especially powerful in the often isolating world of remote work. Knowing there are others who share your goals or challenges can reduce the loneliness that often comes from working solo.
Studies indicate that people who feel connected to a supportive community at work experience a 50% increase in workplace engagement and are more likely to complete tasks on time.
By bringing these elements together, coworking spaces create a supportive environment that not only makes it easier to move your creative goals forward, but also makes it more rewarding to complete them. The added structure, shared momentum, and support make coworking a powerful model for sustained focus and personal satisfaction.
I joined this writing group with the goal of fueling my creativity and breaking down barriers to working on and finishing projects.
It's working, and I'm seeing such amazing progress in my abilities as a creator. I am also realizing just how common it is for writers and creatives who are far more accomplished than me to still struggle with anxieties and fears and being seen. It is always refreshing to listen to them talk about their own experiences and feelings; I feel like I am not alone.
